The best projects rarely live in one document. A useful link is in your inbox, a PDF is with a teammate, and the question everyone needs to answer arrives later. Groups bring those pieces together in Flowy.

Create a group for a project, invite the people working on it, and add the links and documents that matter. Each source joins a shared space with its own context, so the group can see what it is building from without exposing everyone’s entire personal inbox.

A shared source of truth that keeps growing

As members contribute more sources, Flowy can rebuild the group brief around the current collection: the main ideas, recurring themes, open questions and points that disagree. Every cited point leads back to a source. The brief is a view of the material you have added, not a claim that Flowy has learned facts beyond it.

Have a conversation with the material

Group Chat lets each participant ask Flowy about the group’s sources in their own words. Ask what changed across two documents, where a decision came from, or which source supports an answer. Flowy retrieves relevant evidence and cites it so you can open the original. Your chat history stays private to you; the sources and brief are what the group shares.
