Flowy support

Flowy is operated by Calcura Software, LLC. Need help connecting Flowy to ChatGPT or using your saved library? Email [email protected].

The Flowy plugin requires an active paid Flowy subscription, purchased through the Flowy website or Apple App Store. There is no additional charge for the plugin.

For connection issues, include the client you use, the error message, and when the issue occurred. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or sensitive library content.

If you connected with read-only permission, reconnect and approve write access to save links. You can revoke an MCP connection from Flowy Settings → Connections.

A saved link may remain pending while processing. Check its Flowy reader page or Inbox before trying again.
