Terms of Service

Flowy is operated by Calcura Software, LLC. It lets you save content from your devices and find it later using AI-assisted search and chat.

You need an account to use Flowy. Keep your sign-in method secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old.

You keep all rights to what you save. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, send it to the processors listed in our Privacy Policy for analysis, and show it back to you. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it.

You agree not to use Flowy to:

• save or distribute content you have no right to;
• break the law, or infringe someone else’s rights;
• attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or bypass its limits and access controls;
• automate bulk collection of third-party content in violation of that site’s terms.

Flowy fetches pages and media you ask it to. You are responsible for having the right to save what you save.

Flowy uses AI to summarise, tag, transcribe, and answer questions about your content. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. Do not rely on it for decisions that matter without checking the original source, which Flowy always keeps a link to.

We work to keep Flowy running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change. We may need to take the service down for maintenance.

Flowy is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is immediate and irreversible. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other people at risk.

To the extent the law allows, Calcura Software, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Flowy.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will update the date at the top and notify you in the app. Continuing to use Flowy after that means you accept the new terms.
